A note on pricing transparency

These are pilot prices. We're keeping them low while we build our reputation and refine our process. Founding restaurants who join now will keep their rate locked even when prices go up. We think that's fair — you're taking a chance on us, and we want to reward that.

Is the free shortlist actually free? What's the catch?

It's genuinely free. No credit card, no hidden fees, no automatic upgrades. We want you to see the quality of our work before you spend anything. The catch is that we're hoping you'll like it enough to use us again — that's it.

You're new. Why should I trust you with my hiring?

Fair question. That's exactly why your first shortlist is free — so you can judge our work without any risk. We're a small team that personally screens every candidate. If the shortlist isn't good, you've lost nothing but 2 minutes filling out a form.

What if none of the candidates work out?

We'll send you a new shortlist at no extra charge. If we genuinely can't find candidates that match your needs, we'll tell you honestly rather than sending you people who don't fit just to hit a number.

How is this different from posting on Indeed or Craigslist?

Those platforms give you visibility — we give you a filtered result. Instead of sorting through dozens of applications yourself, you get 3–5 candidates we've already talked to and verified. We check experience, availability, location, and fit before you ever see a name.

What does 'pilot pricing will increase' mean?

It means $79/role and $149/month are introductory prices. As we grow and improve our service, prices will go up for new customers. But if you join now as a founding restaurant, your rate stays locked for 12 months.

Do candidates pay anything?

Never. FindFOH is completely free for candidates. We believe the best hospitality workers should have easy access to quality opportunities without paying for the privilege.
